Vulnerable People, Honest Art

I found this video by Brené Brown who speaks about being vulnerable and how that vulnerability is our most accurate measurement of courage. I thought this was a great video to go along with how we talked on critique day about the need to be vulnerable in art.

According to Seth Godin, “Art isn’t only a painting. Art is anything that’s creative, passionate, and personal. And great art resonates with the viewer, not only with the creator. An artist is someone who uses bravery, insight, creativity, and boldness to challenge the status quo. And an artists takes it personally.”

I hope you enjoy the video as much as I did!
