Marco Zamora, is trying out a new style of collage drawings using his photos of discarded beds and sheets and using these as the base for the works. “Beds and sheets are being purchased as a necessity, designed with distinct patterns to be attractive, then thrown away once used. I wanted to see if people still relate to the drawing without seeing what is fully there.”
It’s very true, that without completely seeing what is going on or what the people look like, does naturally make you wonder more about the piece. I like that the artist tested to see if you would still look at the piece the same.
